Make wider to see hidden controls
A Graphs window shows one
or two stream panels:
L: which stream on the left
R: which stream on the right
Layout:
L= left-only
L | R = arrange horizontal
L / R = arrange vertical
Hover the cursor near edge.
Cursor will look like <-||->
Then you can resize the two
panels.
That works for L|R too.
Window::More Traces (Ctrl+T): Open 2nd Graphs window
Stop the run: [button on left], or, [close box]
Clock on left: Elapsed time since run start
File writing controls (top):
[Enable recording] [edit next file name] [<G T> = current (g,t)] [cur file length (secs)] [Save notes in next metadata]
LEDs (bottom):
Gate and trigger states (red=low, green=high)
Left oval:
- Selected channel (black rect)
- Zoom selected channel (or
double-click it)
Mid oval:
- Time span of window
- Y magnify factor
- Apply special color to selected
trace
Right oval:
- Band pass
- Subtract baseline (time averaged
value)
- Subract spacial average
- BinMax = plot min/max values in
each downsample bin
Left oval:
- Sort (arrange) channels using your
channel map
Mid oval:
- Open ShankViewer
Right oval:
- How many channels per page
- First channel on this page
- Scroll by pages:
- AP pages first
- LF pages next (if present)
- Sync on last page
Hover mouse over any channel for statistics: voltage, mean, rms, standard-dev.
Pause sweep
(Does not affect file writing)
Right click on trace -> menu:
- Send chan to audio out
- Send chan to SpikeViewer
- Disable chan
- Edit chan map
- Edit list of saved chans
- Refresh dosplay
- Open ColorTTL
ColorTTL tracks up to 4 TTL
chans. Colored stripe painted
on graphs while TTL high.
